Where is my book?

Open the order link in your confirmation email to see whether it is printing or on its way, with tracking once it ships. In ChatGPT you can also ask: “Where is my cookbook?”

I need to change the address or cancel

Reply to the confirmation email within 2 hours of paying. Printing starts after that, and we can no longer change the order.

My book arrived damaged or misprinted

Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will print and send a new copy free, or refund that copy if you prefer.

My parcel hasn’t arrived

Check the tracking link first. If it hasn’t moved for 10 business days, or the expected date has passed, tell us your order number and we will chase it with the carrier. If it is lost, we send a new copy.

Can I order more copies later?

Yes. Ordered books stay saved for 24 months after delivery. Ask ChatGPT to order your book again.

Making the book

ChatGPT misread a word

Open the book in ChatGPT and edit the recipe next to its photo, or tell ChatGPT what to change, for example “In the apple cake recipe, change the oven to 350°F.”

A photo came out crooked or cut off

Open the recipe in the editor and drag the corners onto the card’s edges. A new photo in daylight, with the whole card in the frame, also works.

How do relatives add their cards?

Ask ChatGPT for the family link and send it to them. They add a photo, and can type the recipe if they like. They don’t need an account or ChatGPT. Their cards wait for your approval.

How many recipes do I need?

At least 6 and at most 120. A book of up to about 40 recipes (96 pages) is the lowest price.

How do I delete my book?

Ask ChatGPT to delete your Stirloom book, or email us. Files are erased within 24 hours. See the privacy policy for details.
