Grandma’s recipe cards, bound as a hardcover.
Photograph the cards in ChatGPT. Stirloom straightens each photo, sets the typed recipe beside it, and prints a family cookbook you can hold. From $49, shipped.
How it works
Add the cards in ChatGPT
Share photos or a scan. ChatGPT types up each card in the cook’s own words, and you check the text against the photo.
Invite the family
Send a private link. Relatives add their cards without an account, and each one waits for your OK.

Questions
What do I need to get started?
ChatGPT and photos of your recipe cards. Take them in daylight with the whole card in the frame, or use a scanned PDF. You can also type or dictate recipes that were never written down.
Who types up the handwriting?
ChatGPT reads each card and types it up, keeping the cook’s own wording and units. Words it can’t read are marked [?] so you can fix them. You see every photo next to its text before anything is printed.
Can relatives add their own cards?
Yes. Share the private family link. Relatives add a photo and, if they like, type the recipe. They don’t need an account or ChatGPT. Their cards wait for your OK before they go into the book.
What does the finished book look like?
An 8.5 × 11 inch hardcover with a matte cover. Each card photo faces its typed recipe. The book has a contents page, an index, a page of recipes by cook, an optional dedication and lined pages for notes.
Where do I pay?
On our website, through Stripe. ChatGPT gives you a secure checkout link; you enter the delivery address and pay there. Nothing is charged inside ChatGPT, and we never see your card number.
How long does delivery take?
About 12 to 13 business days in the US with standard shipping, 7 to 8 with Express, and 6 to 8 to Canada. Printers are busier from mid-November, so allow about a week more then.
Can I return the book?
Each book is made for your family, so we can’t take returns for a change of mind. If a copy arrives damaged or misprinted, send us a photo within 30 days and we’ll print a new one free.
What happens to our photos and recipes?
We use them only to make and print your book. We never sell them or use them for ads. You can delete the book at any time; see the privacy policy for how long we keep each kind of data.
